Problem‍

This cross collaborative project between the video game design academy and Berklee College of Music birthed the opportunity for emerging voice actor Devonte Lemonte to be the sage voice of the video game.

‍Solution‍

We casted Devonte Lemonte for the role of sage in the video game. We co-wrote the script, and brought in seasoned vocal producers capable of helping Devonte Lemonte execute the performance according to the brief and references provided by the producers of the video game.‍

Result‍

The video game was well received by the gaming community as an indie game and found an audience on Reddit. The sage character made it into pop culture once fans of the video game began creating memes. There are rumors of a sequel that may or may not release to Steam.
